About This Activity
During this workshop you will learn the basic tricks of pole dance. During the workshop, you will learn various dance movements, acrobatic tricks, and strength exercises that are performed around the pole. It is a physical activity that trains your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pole dancing is often associated with sensual movements, but it can also be practiced as a sportive and artistic activity. It is a fun and challenging way to move your body and improve your dance skills.
You don't need any experience to join this workshop, we will teach you some techniques and moves to work around the pole. This workshop will give your confidence a boost and is also a great exercise.
